About the course

Built around how people actually go independent

Visedi Nemeji started as a set of notes for colleagues asking the same question over coffee: how do you leave without leaping blind. Those notes became eight modules.

Where this started

A pattern, repeated across enough conversations to write down

Over several years of working alongside people leaving stable corporate roles, a pattern kept surfacing. The people who transitioned with the least disruption were rarely the ones with the flashiest personal brand or the biggest marketing budget. They were the ones who had quietly kept up relationships, understood exactly which problem they solved well, and had a rough sense of what that problem was worth to someone else.

The people who struggled tended to do the opposite. They picked a niche because it looked good on paper, built a website before talking to a single prospective client, and set rates by copying a number they saw online rather than working out what their own experience justified.

Visedi Nemeji is an attempt to teach the first pattern deliberately, in eight structured modules, rather than leaving it to be learned the slow and expensive way.

Our approach

Four principles that run through every module

Relationships before research

Your network already contains data about what you are good at. The course teaches you to read that data before commissioning any external market analysis.

Evidence before exit

The modules are sequenced so that you can validate demand and secure early clients while you still have a paycheck, rather than after you have resigned.

Scope, not sprawl

This course covers niche identification, client acquisition, rate setting, pipeline maintenance, and weekly structure. It stays clear of financial planning and legal formation.

Clarity over certainty

No module promises a specific income outcome. The aim is a clearer decision, built on a realistic view of what independent consulting involves week to week.
